Richard Bernard ("Rick") began his insurance career with Insurance Planning Service in 1973 selling life and health insurance and soon after became licensed to sell property and casualty lines of insurance. Today his time is devoted totally to commercial property and casualty clientele and agency administration. Rick earned his Certified Insurance Counselor ("CIC") designation and became a Licensed Insurance Counselor in 1991, and earned the Accredited Advisor in Insurance ("AAI") designation in 2006. He is the agency's owner and president. In 2010, the Society of CIC recognized Richard Bernard for maintaining all update requirements for twenty years which places him in the top one percent of all insurance professionals in the country, according to Dr. William T.
